  • 1/4 tsp organic coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp organic desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic mango
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic pineapple (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 1/4 cup organic unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/4 tsp organic chia seeds (optional) + extra chia seeds to top
