Return policy

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations before your order is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, once your product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns

We accept product returns. Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return. 

Refunds 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Afterward, contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us.

Please note that, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened food items, unless there is an exceptional quality issue.
